We are seeking a motivated SEO Specialist to work closely with Brand Managers to enhance our digital marketing strategies and strengthen our online presence.

Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough keyword research to develop relevant keyword lists and map content for optimal site performance across multiple brands.

· Execute site-level optimization, including improving site structure, page construction, and implementing effective SEO copywriting strategies.

· Monitor and report on SEO performance using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve search engine rankings.

· Analyze backlink profiles and develop off-page strategies to enhance site authority and increase organic traffic.

· Perform regular SEO maintenance tasks across the portfolio of websites to ensure ongoing optimization and performance improvements.

· Proactively identify opportunities for SEO enhancement and recommend strategic changes to improve overall performance.

· Stay informed about the latest SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and their potential impacts on search engine rankings.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred.

· 5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, preferably managing SEO strategies for multiple brands.

· Proven track record of planning and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

· Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, ScreamingFrog, and SEMRush.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, life-stage marketing, and consumer decision journeys.

· Excellent organizational skills, a process-oriented approach, and keen attention to detail.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and recommendations.

· Passionate about SEO and committed to staying up to date with industry trends and updates.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
